This free 30-minute consultation is much like a discovery session — but tailored specifically for programs and events. You’ll come with tangible materials in hand: a draft agenda, flyer, timeline, pitch deck, mood board, or even just your notes. We’ll walk through what you’ve got, talk through what you’re building, and figure out what kind of support makes the most sense — full planning, program structure, or a blend of both. What You’ll Get: ✔ A focused conversation based on what you’ve already started ✔ A high-level review of your materials (no edits — just strategic insight) ✔ Honest feedback on clarity, structure, and next steps ✔ If we’re aligned, you’ll receive a detailed proposal based on your consultation What This Is Not: ✘ This isn’t a full planning session ✘ No vendor suggestions, outreach or timeline planning are completed during this session ✘ It’s not for vague ideas without a clear direction or any prep work This session is designed to protect your time and mine — so we both move forward with focus!
