THAT ANSWER IS SIMPLE.
A Black woman once told me during our Discovery Session:
“I had to dig deep… but you're exactly who I was looking for.”
Sis had to DIG through hashtags and directories just to find a coach who looked like her!
She shouldn’t have had to search that hard.
That’s why I coach.
Because representation isn’t a nice-to-have.
It’s a right. It’s a need.
