Through iNetwork Inc., Focused Goals LLC, and Black Girls Coaching, I’ve built platforms that inspire action, foster community, and empower individuals to chase their passions and achieve real results.
Each venture reflects a different chapter in my journey, but all are bound by the same purpose: to create lasting, transformative impact.

iNetwork Inc.
In 2009, fresh out of Georgia State University as a first-generation graduate, I had a vision to build something that would connect creatives in Atlanta with real opportunities. iNetwork Inc. was born out of this drive, creating a vibrant space where students, artists, and professionals could network, learn, and grow together. Our Creative Careers events opened doors to diverse industries, while our Art Shows—like Black Hair-Story and Standing on the Shoulders of Giants—showcased the raw talent and diversity in the community.
Though iNetwork Inc. is now archived, it stands as a cornerstone of my journey in empowering others through creative expression and community building. If there’s interest in reigniting these types of events, I’d love to explore the possibilities.
Focused Goals, LLC.
By 2022, I knew I wanted to take my mission to a more personal level. That’s when I created Focused Goals LLC, a coaching service that empowers individuals to get serious about their goals. Whether it's career advancement or personal growth, I offer one-on-one coaching that’s designed to transform intentions into achievements.
The Focused Goal - Goal Setting Whiteboard (https://focusedgoals.co) was born out of this same desire—to give people a practical tool to organize their thoughts and stay focused. Every whiteboard is printed on demand, ensuring each client receives a product that’s as unique as their journey.
Focused Goals LLC is about helping people break through limitations and create the life they want, one step at a time.
Black Girls Coaching
In 2023, I took my work even further with co-founding Black Girls Coaching.
Black Girls Coaching Inc. aims to make coaching accessible to BIPOC communities by providing individuals with impactful coaching, powerful tools, and valuable resources for personal, educational, and professional empowerment.
At Black Girls Coaching Inc., we envision a world where individuals across all BIPOC communities have equal access to affordable transformative coaching!
