Coaching Plan Clients - Monthly Coaching
This is for those clients in a 1:1 coaching program. Please read the below IN FULL prior to booking.
Service Description
Hi there! When you’re ready, go ahead and book your coaching session using the calendar above. If you experience any issues with scheduling or don’t see a time that works for you, select the waitlist and request a date. If approved for the date, you will receive a notification. Coaching programs are billed on a monthly recurring basis rather than per session. Because of this, payment is not always required at the time of booking, as long as your coaching plan is active and payment is aligned with the date of your scheduled session, in accordance with your Coaching Plan Agreement. How payment alignment works (example): CLIENT X is a new client who has paid their program deposit and portal setup fee. A portion of that deposit is applied toward their first coaching session, meaning part of the session has already been paid. The remaining balance for Month One is still due. CLIENT X may either pay the remaining balance at booking or allow the automatic monthly payment to process on its scheduled date. If the automatic payment is scheduled after the date of the booked session, then per the Coaching Plan Agreement, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking to ensure the session is fully covered. For ongoing clients who are already paid through the date of their scheduled session, no additional payment is required at booking. Discount codes & balance selection: If you were not provided with a discount code for booking today, that means you have a balance due for the current month and do not need a discount code. Discount codes are only used to ensure you are not charged at checkout while booking. If you were provided a code, you’ll know it’s the correct one because it will begin with “BookToday…” If you do not have a discount code, please select the balance option that aligns with your current balance during booking. If the balance shown does not align with what you expect, please email hello@rashidahjones.com as soon as possible. Payment timing note: If a payment is made before your next automatic billing date, it will be applied to your account and the upcoming charge will be adjusted so you are not billed twice. In some cases, automatic payment dates cannot be moved earlier once scheduled. When that happens, any early payment will be properly credited.
